i want to buy a flat in aditya flora kothrud ? kindly guide me regarding current rates ? possibility of negotiations and problems of the society ?

Is it a brand new flat .. under construction or ready ? If not is it a resale ? Also provide the exact location of the scheme so that ppl can comment.

Aditya Garden floraa new site is behind Aditya Garden City. Flats are more or less like Chawl. Approach road (not developed) is from the back side of Garden City near Rosary Nursery School.

I enquired about 2-3 months ago that time sales person was quoted rate about 3700 psf. I got call from them 2 days ago although I am not interested. Might be good change of negotiation.

Negative point would be - site is next to MHADA Housing project. (neighbour).

Hi , Can anyone let me know if it is still worth buying an apartment in Aditya Garden Flora... I has comparatively lower price that any other builders in the same area.... also I would like to know what may be the projected price of the property in 5 yrs time.. thx
