Dear All,
I Just visited ADITYA NISARG, banglow PLOTS ON Pirangut Road this weekend, need feedback / experience dealing with the builder. Has any one bought propery with the builder. Are there any issues with this project or builder. Please let me know some feedback, one of my cousin is planning to buy. Real acers, Adity, other members need your feedback. Thanks umesh |

I heard it is 12 km from Chandni chowk. And rate is 1000+ psf. If he has enough money & is not planning to actually live there in next few years, probably is a good choice. Or - may be a good investment choice.
Today - the area is not really well developed & is too far. |

Thanks for the feedback, how is the builders credentails any idea, most of the builders which i have seen are all crooks, gundas. Just being little carefull because heard a lot of bad experience from our forum members regarding pune builders. Thanks umesh |

Even in case of plots, I have seen cases where the builder actually gave them plot in different location than as promised, just put some internal roads, amenities & that's the end. Many don't even construct things like sewage, water, lights etc. If plots, buy only f_ree-hold

Plots are on hilly areas,the developer is absolutely crooked and u need strong legal advisor to make sure all is correctly done. few folks who attempted to deal with them found them arrogant and legally very fishy
