Default Amenities vs Infrastructure

What is more important to you when you decide the Project?

Amenities inside the project:
1. Swimming pool
2. Clubhouse
3. Garden
4. etc

or infrastructure:
1. PMT bus stand with at least 30 min frequency of bus at 5 minutes (by the clock) walking distance.
2. Rickshaws charge by meter to and from the project
3. Corporation water connection
4. Good roads
5. Less load shedding
6. Ladies can go outside the Project walking in morning before 8 am and after 9 pm
7. Cooperative society with conveyance deed done by builder

You can evidently see I am in favour of infrastructure rather than amenities. But I am a pukka Puneri staying in Dahanukar Colony, so what else can you expect

People favouring amenities please tell what is really important to you, and why. People favouring infrastructure, thankawun sanga!!!

Infrastructure of course.

Must -

1. PMT bus stand with at least 30 min frequency of bus at 5 minutes (by the clock) walking distance.
2. Rickshaws charge by meter to and from the project, Rickshaw stand at walking distance
3. Corporation water connection; also bore-well
4. Good roads
5. Less load shedding(or standard load shedding but back up for common areas at least)
6. Ladies can go outside the Project walking in morning before 8 am and after 9 pm
7. Cooperative society with conveyance deed done by builder
8. Shops of day-today items at walking distance
9. Decent locality of educated and sophisticated people.

Good to have -
Trees and bushes in society complex, especially Banyan, Gulmohar, Neem around society compound.

Included within infrastructure:
Rain water harvesting - water to be used for garden
Water recycling - to be used for toilet flush
Vermiculture pit actively maintained.
Solar lamps in parking with motion sensor
At least 150% parking
Solar water should be adequate

Trees rather than lawn in garden.

Builder should do tar road from project gate to main road.

Builders (and their people), please plant trees in society or complexes you build; not some patch of greenery called 'landscaped garden'...

Which trees?
I would love mango trees. But then we will need an Extraordinary General Meeting of the society to distribute mangoes

Trees which need minimum supervision; which grow fast and which gives a lot of shade; which blooms in the springs with colorful flowers; which are self sustainable and don't need further maintenance.

Roots of big tree planted very near a building can damage the foundation. They do damage the foundation of a single house/bungalow, not sure how much it can affect a huge building foundation. But considering Pune builders build on any kind of farm land, with soft soil underneath, not sure how strong the foundation itself it at first place.
