Any feedback on project SUNRISE in
Sr.no.204/12,behind gliding center,near
s.p. infocity park,papade wasti,fursungi,hadapsar,pune.
by B.K.Chavan builders.Any idea what is the current rate there.

what is the rate quoted, possesion date, if u explore u might find a better builder

yes, he rated 2800 p/sq rate
and if any other in Hadapsar plz let me know

checkout runwal seagull...they have some flats left..and very close to possesion..

For runwal seagull, quoted rate is 3300 per sqft. It is on handewadi road. Simpli city can be another option with quoted rate of 2950/ sqft.

Does simpli city comes under PMC limit? & also it is far away from Runwal.

There are projects such as Etasha , Ravi park, Elegance who has ready possession flats.

Then there is green city phase 1 nearing possession along with Runwal as mentioned by buyerpune.

hi i am Dr. pradeep i booked one 1 bhk flat at sunrise hadapsar fursungi. i am NRI booking rate was 3000 Rs sq ft,18 lakh and other charges told 3 lakh . so can somebody explain 3 lakh charges breakdown.
does it worth to pay
