I found keshav nagar a good place interms of location and budget. If u are getting a 2bhk 1000sq ft flat in 42 @keshav nagar
why would some one opt for wagholi 8-10km away from kharadi,magarpatta,kp and viman nagar.??? I found two project in my range Adrina and eves garden. Eve's Garden - Homes designed for Women Vastushree Developers Others are far from my reach i.e karia and phandis. Have any one booked flat in these projects? What you all will suggest. Also I would like to know from the senior members out of curiosity is that why wagholi is at par with keshav nagar??? |

If that is the case I would love to get a deal all inclusive 42lac 1000sqt area with 727 around carpet.
Please share some resale in that range in the mentioned areas. I called a broker and he said every resale is above 45 + extra and old building etc. God knows from where you get this info. Quote:

Please call multiple brokers and tell them your requirements.
you will get sub 45L flats in all these areas. Gulmohar paradise/castle/oasis/rakshak ngr/karan something etc etc. Areas of 2bhk might not be big in all cases. You only need to make up your mind that you are ok living in old flat. That's the toughest decision. |

Yep, a 2bhk in around 40L with about 800 carpet is very much possible in Kharadi with PMC water. Why would you want to go to Keshav nagar with no PMC water at the same price?

I searched for various property in re sale on magic bricks and 99 acres. there was few listed deals under 40L. So I waited ...
soon my phone began ringing with brokers on the other side. I clearly told my requirement . All inclusive 40L 1000ft flat. Some said not possible. Some gave me option to increase my budget They make offers of 42L +stamp+ brokerage for 800sq ft. Ranka gold 45L+... Some thing near blue berry 700st ft.... flat for 38 L+ They said minimum in resale in 4400 per st foot rate.
