Hi,

I need to know your opinion about the following :

1. Green Thumb : This is a project by Ghorpade constructions. This is their second project. The salient features are :
* 2 / 3 / 4 side open apartments
* Intercom
* Gym
* Kids play area
* Indoor games
* Dish TV
* Jacuzzi
* Loft for inverter
* Gen backup for common facilities
* Piped gas line
The person quotes 3500 psqft for 4 side open and 3200 psqft for 3 side open apartments. Claims mhousing. ost of the flats are sold. I thibk there are only 28 flats in the scheme both 2 and 3 BHK. Posession is within 6 months

2. Blue Moon : This is a project by Venketashwara housing. The features and amenities are:
* Garden
* Barbecue pit
* Gym
* Yoga area
* Steam / Sauna / Amphitheater
* Intercom
* Backup for lifts
* Visitors waiting lobby
The executive was too lazy to show us around. I went there twice, both times the executives were missing. Nobody attended calls citing various reasons. Rate is 3100, and possession is after 9 months. Flats are quite spacious.

3. Blue chip avenue : Small standalone building just before Kapil Malhar. Facilities :
* Power back up for lifts
* Small garden
One building, B wing shall be ready by the end of this year. The second, A wing shall be completed by March 2010. 2 flats left in B building at 3000 psqft, and quite a few in A wing at 3200 psqft.
