Which area is good wakad or pimple saudagar?
I am planning to buy a 1 BHK flat. I would like to know which will the good area to invest in wakad or pimple saudagar?
Currently my planning is to stay for the next 2 yrs and after 2 yrs I may give it on rent... Which area has got the good growth prospect? Plz let me know the review of both area on urgent basis... I am planning to book the flat in 1 week of time. |
