All IT Guys have u heard about Diversification ?


You work for IT Company
You invest in IT Companies (Employee Stock options ) as they provide good returns.
You Invest in property which is inflated by IT Location

Think

IF IT Industry goes in long recession

You Loose your job
You loose your stock investment-retirement saving
Your home worth nothing u cant sell at loss
U have huge loan.

Well its not imaginary
If this has happened in USA, it can happen in India as well. We need to learn from others instated of burning own fingers.

Hi Guys,

I have joined this forum from past one month. I am leaving in pune from almost 10 years for education and then now job.

Buying a flat out in Pune has really become hard with the IT growth and general thought of people out here is buying at Wakad, Hinjewadi, PS and all those areas is not good due to unavailability of resources for family.
But the answer to it is their are few good points.

1. The biggest advantages of Hingewadi, PS, wakad, baner is; it is in PCMC. PCMC is far better than PMC for raods, water supply and other facilities developement. SO we will see, these areas will become liveble soon.
2. Coonectivity to NH4 and other highways is good.
3. Even to access city, you can reach to shivajinagar, deccan or any city area in 15 min due to new overbridge.
4. Resale in city has become really costlier and in same prize you will get a new one in these new areas.

It's acceptable that there are few issues of public transport and water supply. But I am optimistic that it will be solved soon if I know something abt PCMC.

Hey it's not correct. Hinjewadi is neither in PCMC nor in PMC. It is still a 'grampanchayat'. PS, Wakad are in PCMC. And Baner is in PMC. The boundry line between PMC & PCMC is Mula river. On this side of Mula is Pune & on the other side it is PCMC. Baner is on this side and not the other side of Mula.

What about Balewadi ? it is PCMC ?
And all part of Baner till highway is under PMC ?
