Dear Dhinchek,
Hold onto your hard earned money for now. Prices in Pune haven't really come down at all. Wait for another year and buy flats at 1400 - 1800psf. Regards, Ashish |

Parihaar Chowk is almost Aundh ( next to it ). I think new projects are offering anywhere b/w 3.5 to 4.5 k per sq feet.

I have a friend who is interested in making an Investment near parihar chowk, Aundh work 75 - 80 lacs (crazy guy !!!). He needs some 1800-1900 sqft flat. I do not know the current rates.
Do you guys think he can find any flats with this specs and this kind of money? Will he need to invest more for same area in Aundh in a good complex?? Your feedback is highly appreciated!!!! |

Your friend will have to contact brokers in the Aundh area. Average rate is 4000 psft. So and 1800 sqft will cost him more than 80L. Tell him not to waste it in Aundh but to go ahead and buy a bunglow in a different area.
If he does want to buy it in Aundh check out magic bricks and other brokers around the area. No new constructions in Aundh currently so only resale houses. |

Any idea on kapil malhar resale psf rates. Magic bricks says 85 - 90 L for 2240 sq ft. Can this be true? are people buying these props at this rate?
advice appreciated? |
