Balewadi Vs Pimple saudagar - Page 4 - Indian Real Estate Forum

In Gurgaon BPO, the entire sewage pipeline got blocked. Any guesses what must have caused this blockage?

To me ITGs are far better than BPOs. The main reason being ITGs work according to IST while BPOs work based on other country's time. This leads to serious social probs which they face like disconnect from friends, having almost inverse timetable....& many a times after sustained duration, the frustration builds up. Some try new avenues for progress while some get stuck with drug abuse. I have seen a case where a girl's marriage was canceled at last moment. This is a family forum.....will it be OK if I post it here?

Was it Gurgaon or Powai? I thought it was Powai, a friend used to work there at that time.

Btw, I would place my bet on Balewadi than PS for the simple reason that everything in PS is dictated by the local goons of the Bhai Jagtap MLA. Even getting broadband connection/DTH of your choice is a big headache. Also, the no. of scorpio chaps at PS is more than Balewadi. If you want PMC, stick to Balewadi, if PCMC, it is PS.

* In PS you will have to rely on GK builders only as most others are crap. GK is not very good but better amongst others in this area. At Balewadi, you get various options to choose from, locals to Supreme to Vascon. Everyone is here!

Add to it...no water and infra yet for balewadi as against PS.

How does one justify the property prices in these two places (which are almost the same....or may b higher in bale wadi....eg Sapphire Park,Vatika) in terms of overall infrastructure available as of today and that can get added in ~2-3 years.

Both these places promise very good DP plans ...as u mst hv heard in mny site offices.But the point here is which place promises to convert these in reality earlier.

Here PS scores over Bale wadi.

this road construction has picked up speed and seems like getting done very rapidly... will this thing have impact on property rates in PS and push it upwards ?

PCMC is really poor area in the counts of infrastructures, water supply, local gundas, no proper bus service etc... would have preferred PUNE municiple only when compared with PCMC...!!!

You can travel by roads in Pimple saudagar, Roseland etc... in rainy season to get a perfect idea of the weired area...

Yes of course. The builders have raised the rates well past 4k psf telling buyers about this upcoming road. Once complete, it will be another highlighted quality in brochures of the projects around this road.

Not sure about other things but water supply is better in PCMC than PMC, as I am seeing water tankers flowing abundant in Baner/Balewadi from long time.
