The projects at Balewadi are better than PS & so is the overall crowd. PS is dominated by scorpio chaps who control most of the things including DTH, cable, broadband, water etc.
Though water situation is bad in balewadi compared to PS, the quality of life is better in balewadi than PS. And seeing current PS prices, one can get a flat even at Baner-Balewadi rd more towards Baner side. Other option is Pashan-sus rd, good area with no scorpio chaps influence on day to day life. Area near Balaji temple is good.
