At Baner-Pashan link road you can have few projects which are in readu possession.There are Padmavilad (by V.E. Nimhan), Magnolia (By Paranjape).I think in Magnolia only 2BHK are avaialble that too very few (I laste checked 3 weeks back)In Padmavilas there are many flats available (2 & 3BHK).Also there is Vanshaj Prestige(By Vanshaj Rane)

If you are the potential buyer and looking for Baner/Balewadi area. I do not recommend you to buy with Unity Yugal Developer. Please read all the posts against each builder in this area.

Quality of the construction for example water leakage, tiling, plumbing is of extremely poor quality. I just want to alert potential buyer and inform them that they should visit and talk to all buyer of Row House and Flat owners before making their decision.
