Hi,

I am a day old in this forum,but it does look give a lot of info of the things as an individual you might never know.

Basically I am planning to buy a new 2 BHK flat near Aundh(as I currently have my own flat near medipoint).As mine been a 2 building society its a bit inconvienent for all the facilities,need to run around if something is not working fine.Thats the history why I am looking for a new place.

My basic Idea is to have a flat in a complex where in more building as there,so that there is more group work and issues get solved much faster(might be I am wrong),but its my opinion.

So from the past 1 month I have invested my weekends in searching for property around Aundh.
I have visited Wakad,PS,Baner(ie the area where in comfort zone,dont know whether thats Baner Anexxe as its quite far),Baner Pashan Link road etc.

And I did like the area of Baner Pahan Link road.Its quite near to Baner and its a place where in you can settle down with ur family(as I dont work in Hinjewadi).

But in this forum I came across the issue of water been discussed in that area,Is that really a problem,as I think its one of the necessaties you need anywhere you stay(as long as they dont sell bath tablets ).
I did check out a few options in that area Park Ridge,Mount vert Bizzaritz 2,Paranjapee's etc.

I have shortlisted Mount Vert and Park Ridge.

The rates given to me where as follows
1) Mont Vert - 3133
2) Park Ridge - 3300(negotiable)

Need an expert advice as to which one is a better deal or is there any other project that has missed my weekend safari.

park ridge is behind shantiniketan. I am not sure if the access road is ready.
