Hi ChintuPintu,
Following is the feedback of Aditya Breeze Park, Balewadi. First of all the builder didnt make it a society and formed a association, also i heard there are land issues. The project is almost 5 years old and the biggest problem is of security and robbery and murder has happened in the society and basically lots of investment flat not a good choice

Are you talking about that girl ? If I am right, it was a suicide & not murder & the surprising part was this girl was staying alongwith her friend who had taken the flat on rent & the owner (investor) was not even aware of this fact !!

We do all the hard for the builder.

Builders.....all they have to do is put up a hoarding stating XYZ project launched.....
