Seen a hoarding today at Balewadi , i think a new launch from Bhandari associates.

Well, then whats the project name of this?

One has been launched by Bhansali & other was by Bhandari in which most were going to be 1BRs. Anyways, no point in going for such schemes if launched recently.

yes new lauch will definitely take long time.

Don't know what's the status of ther project - Coral.

Park express project is already at Balewadi which is also in the initial stages.

So what matters is rates and i dont think bhandari associates would be asking for less than 2800-3000.

I had seen the hoarding today on my journey back from Indore.

There is no information on there website also.

I had inquired some time back. I think Coral is shelved and its Aura for now.
Rate was 2700psf till a month back. Now it is 2900psf.
Area is about 1000sf.
Possession Dec 2011.

The Project is adjacent to Sapphire Park ( Amit's LOL).

Last info is the best:
Total cost is approx 35L only
