Has anybody visited Bhandari associates vermont project in Wagholi? any information?

Hi,

I visited site, it in on the BAIF road, opposite side of Savannha. He is quoting 3100 per sqft base rate, 100 extra for garden facing and 25 floor rise from 4th floor. The flat size is 880sqft for middle flats and 913sqft for corner in D & E building. 971-978sqft in A building. B & C are not open.

Let me know if anyone knows about project and builder.

I visited the site 6 months ago but was not impressed with the standard of construction. Work appeared to be crude to my eyes and so I dropped out of the purchase plan.
Projects by Karia developers,Silverscapes by Manav promoters appeared to be better. Check out on water supply and how they plan to give water since area is not in PMC.

any update regarding this project, i think the rate is now 3400...how is their construction quality ???

Visited last week. Rate quoted Rs 3350 and was offered Rs 50 discount.
They have started laying roof for 2 floor and tentative date of completion is jan 2014

check konark meadows but the min size they have is 1280 sqft

That is the problem with all the wagholi premium constructions, "The area is a lot bigger than the normal or adequate area required and hence drastically increases the total cost."
I have checked Karia's Konark Exotica(all sold), Konark Orchid and meadows. No doubt that all are niche properties. However they dont offer them in adequate spaces.
Does anyone know a niche property available in adequate spaces in wagholi.

If its niche, it can't possibly be adequate, assuming your definition of adequate is 11x10 room.
If you need small..err cozy spaces, pristine/koltepatil might serve your purpose. Try Umang premiere/ivy botanica may be.

You can check ARK prem Constructions projects .
Those are all budget projects area around 870 sqft ....kind of a 1.5 BHK rate around 3-3300.
