Hello. I am interested in 2012, notably - the Mayan prophecy about the end of the world 12.21.2012. Many people talk about it now, besides, the movie comes out soon. I'm interested to read something about it. Disclosing this theme.Advise me some articles please. Thank you

Instead look at Satin brick nearby which has ready possesions.

I dont remember the rates.
The project was ok. Some buildings were ready possesion. I was looking for 2BHK, but all 2BHKs were road-facing, and only 3BHKs garden facing. So I did not like that.

When i had been to Satin brick, It was two flats per floor. So we can see both road side and pool/garden view. We liked the flat. But it was 2900/ sft for ready possesion (15 days ago). which is too high and 2 BHK was not available.

No Idea about end of the world in 2012. But let us hope good that it will end Pune builder's Lobby..

I would suggest go for plot for farming till you safely by pass 2012 as land is indestructible but anything build on it destructible...

)

There are many articles / predictions on 2012 it and one them says there will be slight 1-2 degrees shift in the Axis of the Earth... If that happens possibility is that all those building will be tower of Pizza . The greate chance is tower of Pizza may become straight

And I thought PIZZAs were supposed to be flat.!!!! There are lot more buildings in India constructured by Builders that are leaning... like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. So nothing new for us.

A better suggestion will be to buy land under sea... right now it will be dirt cheap.. .. after 2012 it is possible that where there is water now there might be land and vice versa...

So PROSPECTS FOR THAT AREA ARE BRIGHT!!!!!

Ohh my God what did I do.. the rates of psf under Sea have already goneup as the prospects are good..
