Hello friends, Any idea about Blue Chip Project - On Baner Road? The builder is quoting 33L 1050 Sqft. Package deal with all Inc. (but no amenities)

Hearing this name for the first time. Let us know the following:-

* Location,
* Builder,
* Date of commencement & completion,
* No amenities means either a stand alone or max. 2 building project which isn't loaded with modern amenities being offered by builders as standard at this price.

In any case, the price you quoted seems way high for the project of this kind.

Because irrespective of anything, rate of around INR 3,000/sq ft is high.
(INR 33L for 1050sq ft).

There are total 18 Apt. address : Blue Chip, Banner Road, Near Kapil Malhar.

...I was going to have panipuri today bikaner on baner road and saw this project...Thought of enquiring a bit..... so visited this project today...

Construction is too bad....columns can be seen all over place...

Location - u have slums next to it ...after a 8-10ft road.....and a workshop which is too noisy..I am scared u might have drunkards and all...which jeopardizes ur security as well...

Don't go at any price...

Aashish, I dont think you need to be an analyst/astrologer to tell that the rate of 3000 in Baner is too high without any amenity what so ever.

Yeah. Seen this. But a builder without even a land line no., let alone website? What would his credentials be? Hearing the builders' name for the first time. Better to avoid it especially when it is an under-construction project. What if the builder runs away with your money?
