Builder not doing registration Paid 15% Amount to builder
Hi Experts,
I have booked a 2BHK flat in wagholi. I had already paid 15%amount to builder.Now builder is delaying the registration process. He is telling he is waiting for the town planning approval. Can anybody help me what i need to do in this scenario? |

Builder is cheating you.
i think you are being cheated by that developer. Please tell its name on the blog. So at least other people will become aware of it and will not book the flat.
you should have checked all docs prior to giving him booking. |
