Can anyone advise me, how good is to purchase property on Nagar road, Wagholi?
I have seen a row house. Currently the rate going on there is around 2000.
I just wanted to know, whether it is worth buying property in wagholi now.

Wagholi is still outside PMC limit. Has no water supply. Lookout for Grea's Villas and other row house in Kharadi. Upcoming 2 years Kharadi will be simialr to Kalyani Nagar.

Dont buy in Vagholi, it's not PMC

Hi,
The row house rates near wageshwar temple & Moze collegeand there r lots of them, were around 2200 -2400 just near the start of downward spiral. So a ROW HOUSE AT chrysalis was being offered at upfront package of 42 lkhs and nego. The same rates were upwards of 50 lk in boom time. But the construction was stalled at that time. Now there is no water there. But heard from all the bldr salesman, that some world bank project is supposed to take care of this need. next year. Abt development, dont see that much rates at Wagholi when u see a languishing Kharadi. U dont get decent rentals at Kharadi, when would u get in Wagholi . But lots of plans r afoot like knowledge zone near to Lohegaon, MIDC near to river etc. But its going to take time.By the way where have seen the prop? |
