Default Capital Tower in Wakad

Beware from capital tower project in wakad

I Dont think so go for this property,This place are surrounded by the slum area , I went to visit this property yesterday and i feel dirty when i came out from gate after 7 pm. if anywant to expereice then visit after the 6 pm and see for what pupose native peoples are using this location(all the surrouding place including the road) as per the project 'reflection' cocern its some what good compared to 'captital towers' also the rate rs 2800-2900 is not worth to buy this propert (mainreason is location) also there are follwing cons 1.quality of windows are very poort 2.kichen are very small 3.not having the good ventilation 4.small open space 5.and builder havnt reputed 6.cancellation charges of popert are 50% there are lots of project in wakad are i think following porject location are good . 1.malapani greens 2.park royak 3.maxima 4.rama gorup 5.om group 6.aishvarm green 7.palash above project are not having any slum area and ventilation are good. Think serouly before finalizing this property.

your welcome,
I posted this only because many peoples are taking the flat for living and 30% are for investment purpose,
my suggestion is for who want to live there and not looking for investment,

Thanks Sachin...Can you please also let me know your thoughts on Reflections..As I am thinking for this project since long (My budget is <28L)
Would like to know if you have any more details on this project/locality/area/Construction quality ..

Hi Darasingh,

actually reflection project are good and if your budget are <28 then
i think they have one option.

flat size are between 845 to 905

845 dont have any terrace and 905 have the terrace

but there charging the 3000 and negotiation happen upto 2850

so you will flat upto 29 to 30 lkhs

about project:
This project have located corner of dange chauk ,last point of
wakad thergoan link road

advantage of this project is its located in the prime location
and builder are reputed ,original name of builder is 'Khivsara builder'
currently there are reffering name as 'shaswat buildicon'

disadvatage:
currently only few flats are avlble in 11th floor .
so we dont have much choice are there.


i talked with Mr Khan represetive from this project
they told me that there are plannign to open the next building booking
from last week of april.

so if you want to speak them then call them

Final conclusion:
Quality are good but check the avlibilty of flats.

and what is the loading factor for Reflections?
'cause 845sf for 2bhk would involve a lot of creativity from architect to create 2bhk in area of 1bhk!!!

Just ask ANY buyer, he/she says:

1) His/her builder is reputed (sorry forgot the adjective "very", so builder is very reputed)
2) Project is good quality than others.
3) Builder never negotiates, or negotiates very less.
4) Price will go up in next 6 months.
5) Location of the project is very nice.
