Chaitanya Platinum - Balewadi -- inputs wanted
Hello,
We looked at Chaitanya Platinum in Balewadi, and found it suitable for our needs. So before we go ahead with anything, wanted to cross-check with you folks about any information you may have. Has anyone from the forum booked a flat in this scheme? The psf rate is ~3100 as quoted in Dec 2009.
