possession is in june 13.as amnetites are ready,and phase two has just 3 buildings,builder is saying theres hardly any chance of delay.in one of the buildgs work is completed till fourth floor.

Went to Costa Rica 2 days ago. Quoted rate is 3600. He will surely come down, I didn't push hard as I did not like the surrounding area. Availability is limited on paper. Says possession by April.

It was good read to go through all your posts.
I recently visited, capriccio-2 and was able to find an flat that was well suitable for my specifications. However, I have one question: >>The land beside Capriccio-II is barren and empty. Does anyone has an idea who is the builder owning that land and when will the construction start? I'm worried that once the new building comes up, there will not be enough ventilation and air in these flats... the sales guy says that there will be atleast 80ft distance between these flats but I feel that is not enough to have the required ventilation and light. any input on that is most welcome as Im in all regards considering to buy there (in H2 bldg). The land beside Capriccio-II is barren and empty. Though, As a middle class end user, we always have to compromise. Currently i am in US, May come back next year, no issue if i get it by 2013. Yet to book, So Any suggestion/views/Feedback will be greatly appreciated. I am open to other good projects in Wakad/PS under 43 L if Any... Sure we can go together.
But Capriccio does not looks good to me. 992(Salable) = 667(Carpet) + 96(terrace) 667 * 1.5 = 992 It means they are loading 1.5 instead of 1.25 (average loading). 10 * 14 = Living Room (Small Hall) 8 * 14 = Kitchen + Dining (Tiny space for dining) Friends, don't look at the rate but at the calculation of carpet area. It's a LOOT. |
