Current rate for Plot in Wakad
I am planning to buy a 4000 sq ft bungalow plot around Park Street area.
Its a NA plot and all the documents ...other stuff is ok. Owner is offering at Rs 2000 /sq ft. (I did not negotiate yet). What should be good rate for the plot in this area according to current market situation? |
