Hi,
i am planning to buy a 2bhk with budget around 30L.I saw this deccan gold kharadi they are offering 2750psft.Is it worthwhile to invest?

The rate they offered 2-3 months back was 2500/- psf that too negotiable
Anything more than this is not justified in Kharadi . Please check all the projects and negotiate hard

Rs.2300 was offered when i had visited with a friend 2 weeks ago who wanted to buy it there...But I shall refrain buyin in there with the reviews I read so far...

I visited this site last week..not a good option big no no......Try BU Bhandari Acolode...Current Rate 2750 p sq ft

I also feel Accolade in Kharadi is the best project to invest. But currently no ready possession flats.
