Does anyone have any idea about Regency Dhanori? - Indian Real Estate Forum

I had visited Regency Meadows in Dhanori. I liked the project very much.
Quality of construction is also good. The rate quoted by builder is around 2380... So 2bhk over there cost around 30-31 lakhs. The only thing is its 4.5km from main Vishrantwadi chowk and around 6 - 7 km from Airport. Can anyone suggest if Dhanori is good place to invest(Staying there) ?

In my opinion Dhanori is not recommended for RE investments. Real estates in Kalyani Nagar, Viman Nagar, Kharadi (upcoming EON SEZ) will surly see an upswing in coming years.

One can also browse the real-estate in west side which are closer to Hinjewadi IT Park.
