How many builders try to incorporate eco friendly methods of constructions like;
1. Flash ash bricks
2. Sewage Treatment plant
3. Rain water harvesting
4. Solar water heating system.
5. Wet garbage recycling.

few days back i read an article on Darode Jog builders who uses some of them in their construction. this is essential in long term to avoid extra load on municipal corporations.
