Anyone got good or bad experiences with eiffel group to share?
am planning to visit their Olympia scheme for residential n.a plots soon and wud appreciate views on what to expect and beware of ( developer as well as the scheme)

Hi,
I was looking for their row house project - Eiffel greens as I am interetsed in row houses/Bungalows.
Does anyone has any idea about this builder reputation and any info on this Greens project in Balewadi.

whats is the price of land at Eiffel and whats the minimum size of the project?

heard its near megapolis, hows the situation of road?

I have been to that road, situation of the road is pathetic....
Forget to plan to buy there, if at all you are looking for own use...Investor can put up there money there to see appreciation in next 4-5 years
