Dear All,
Iam planning to short list Nisarg Siddhi which is under construction and ready in 6 months. Anybody has any kind of knowledge on this, kindly share the same. Thanks |

Ok ..what about cost, surroundings, appreciation, location. Model to some extent can be overviewed when we talk about these. Any opinion on that ? Morever what was the motto of yours to visit whether Investment ?

Also loading for the hall is minimum and charging on terrace which is nothing but loot .Another disadvantge is that it is towards the hinjewadi road, only couple of resdential projects there(Mayuresh or Mayur Residency and Wisterria oops due to this wisteriaa I went to incorrect wisterria ) and infront of Siddhi Nisrag farm is there(may be if we don't get any work then can think of framing definately )One can not feel safe in the evening specially in the night, no proper connectivity I mean no PCMC buses passing, no autowalas(at least better) and no tumtum(six sitters), for daily basic need again there is no grocery or medical shop nearby, so for everything you will have to come towards bhoomkar wasti with your 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler ). Also not sure about constrtuction quality as the builder is an averge one.Those who want to go for an ivestment can think about that project(can rent for IT or better for IT coolies like us ) . So evaluate your parameters,risks and take a decision accordingly. All the best guys

Yes ashutoshpatil, you are correct....
Guys if you want to spend your hard earned money without thinking under drainage, then this is the one of best place. Same case is applicable to Harit Shilp, Rahatni, as there are charging Rs 4000/SQFT for 2 BHK, but see the quality of project it is similar to waste box. Please check, your budget, then location, construction quality, Builder's reputaion, All legal papers associated with that project then decide. |
