The Bavdhaan Society AS Builders built has water/security issues.
The comfort zone built in Balewadi has its own set of issues.

I purchased a ready possession flat at Aditya Breeza Park in oct 2600+1 lac parking total deal about 45.6 for 3 bhk flat. During all the process (after initial cheque of booking) THE expirience was horrible. Nobody will
coordinate for registration even if u call 10 times. Even after giving full money for so called ready posesion flat the key was given 1 week late saying some painting was remaining which was never done. The crooks do not pay even rs 100 of MSEB when the flat is lying with them.There are issues regarding waterproofing, bathroom fittings and so on. Even in period of warranty of 1 yr the person at other end will not answer you properly.There was a staff on that site like mukadam who used to sell cement doing cuts from furniture makes, grill fitter real estate broker quoting his own rates! Try to avoid such builder as far as possible. We always have to study many projects before decision. Best OF lUCK!
