Feedback of Ovhal spring in Pimple Nilakh - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi Guys,

Any one has any idea about 'Ovhal Spring' project located in Pimple Nilakh?
It is located near Jagtap Dairy. The builder is quoting around 2800/psf. I am thinking that he will come down to range of 2450/- to 2550/- (It’s a guess. The project has fewer amenities so more scope of negotiation)

Please provide me feedback about the project and area if you have heard/experienced anything.

Lot of threads for PS already.For investment purpose "Pimple Nilakh" may be good..but not sure whether it would nice from living perspective also. Much depends upon the work on bridge on the Wakad-Baner link road..

The ammenities provided are very few

1. Garden/palyarea
2. Solar water
3. Lift backup
4. Common Dish
5. Intercom

Is this ready possession? if not. wat is the timeline for possession?

I like the fact that the amenities are few. Its a rarity nowadays

Builder said that possession will be in month of March. When I saw the flat, all the slabs were complete and plastering of half the floors were done. But I dont believe that all the remaining work can be done in 3 months.

Website of the builder is down. What is the final rate he quote you? what 2/3 BHK sizes?

Near Jagtap dairy, no amenities and then too rate 2600/= . When will these builders will have some sense.

I had visited it last weekend. No amenities and access road is small. difficult for 2 cars to go thru. But location was good.
