Hi Guys,
Do you have any feedback on Platinum Towers, Wakad. This schme is by Kishor Developers (Kishor Nimhan). I visited the site couple of weeks back. They have a scheme of three buildings with club house and other amenities. The possession for A wing is Jan 10 and for wing B April 10. Booking of C wing is yet to start. Looking at the pace of construction activities I don't think he will be able to able to comple the building by Jan 10. I am not sure about the reliability and quality of this project.

You already have negative thoughts about the project, so why even think about it Location is not too gr8. Lot of unorganized old housing around it. Building has glass elevation so maintainence will be huge later. Ventilation might be a problem too. No idea regarding the builders reputation.

Thank you Aviraj for the response. He is offering me Rs.2300/-sqft. Is this a realistic rate for this project.

Do you have confidence that he will complete the project as promised? Rate may be slightly higher considering the location, but if you really want to go for it try to bargain more. Why not look at Pimple saudagar instead?

My preference is also to Pimple saudagar. wherein people have formed a group and were planning to go for a search but I am unable to trace them.
Do you have any idea about good 2BHK projetcts in PS with 26-28 L budget.

Enquire about the builder more . Is he some politician or his brother etc because areas like Baner have this issue like corporators turning builder and then you know ... Also enquire about his old projects and if possible meet people who are staying in his old projects ...believe me you will get to know so much about the builder and then make a choice .

I also prefer PS to Wakad. Do you suggest any good project in PS area with 27-28L budget.

How is silver skyscape by manav group? They are offering a rate of 2350 psf and possession is by aug 10. The project overall looks good. Not sure about the rates..

Dude, this thread is for discussing Platinum Towers. Why dont you start another one for Silver Skyscapes or find one already created for it.

I don't think this is a good project by kishore developer.. they have inceased their rate and also the total area of the compound is very less.. they are not using the good interior material.. please take proper inspection before making any decision. this is my personal opinion.. they are not providing aquaguard, inverter backup, AC points, Video door com. Please check for quality of tiles/windows/doors also..
