Any inputs on the project Sai Kimaya(balewadi) by vasudha developers? Any type of feedback is appreciated. TIA Akshay. |

Its a good project for those who are not looking at hefty ameneties.But are there any flats left? and what is the price he has mentioned?

visited the site 2day, not much left and rates are also on higher side 3000psf

Two flat is available in vasudha first floor, rate is i think 2900. location is good and only point is if one is ready with first floor and limited amenties (i personnaly feel ameneities doesnt makes much difference, unless well maintained).
Location is good, its just next to the main road of balewadi and near supreme palms, comfort zone and vascon willa. Construction is also good if not excellent Last edited by hporwal; 30-09-09 at 09:00 AM. |

Location is good (near vascon Willows/comfort zone ) and the floor plan is better than comfort zone.
The flats are quite open and well ventilated. More ventilated than comfort zone and as the scheme is less crowded i.e. fewer number of flats so will be lesser maintainence cost. |

The poss date for Sai Kimaya according to builder is Aug 2010, which I think is hard to fulfill. The salesperson there, Mr.Sandip (if I am not wrong) didn't prove trustworthy either. The lift is on battery, not generator. This means lift takes you to closest floor in case of power failure & is useless after that. Anyways, didn't like the project in totality especially when builder is unknown to large extent & poss date is hard to keep.
Btw, many local brokers are showing this scheme to buyers here & builders keep saying sold out, especially 3BR. What's the trick?
