Feedback on some 2 Bedroom Options - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi All,

I am looking for a 2BHK flat to reside. The budget is 30L, cant go beyond this. Preferred areas are PS, Wakad, Pimple Gaurav and adjoining areas.

The liveable area should be decent and i am not a big fan of fringe benefits.

Request u all to please suggest something good. I am ready to wait till Nove-Dec 2010.

If you are not particular about amenities, you should be able to catch some deal in wakad area if you time correctly. As of now prices seems to have gone up again (from last June). However some desperate seller or builder (ready possesion) may be you should look out for.

These days TOI is again in Reality Advt. Business.
So watch out for lots of RES Ads. in Saturday Times Property Supplement.
