Two weeks back, I have booked a "resale" 2BHK flat in Bramha sun city. The cost was Rs3600 per sq.ft (Only for the flat excluding all other charges like car parking, society maintenance etc..). The flat is garden facing and at higher floor.

Just would like to know, if this is a good (or bad) deal ? What is the current rate going on in brahma sun city ?

You may also want to try with different brokers. Different brokers quote different rates as it depends on the owners. There are lots of resale flats available there.
