Two of my friends got the same rate 2650 in ISLAND but that was 4-5 mths back story.. Not sure about the current rates in ISLAND.

Hi 1001Acres, did the builder quote you rate of 2400 psf for "The Island" or was it for "Golden Palms"? Was this the quote before or after negotiations? Also any idea what is the present rate he is quoting for both "The Island" or "Golden Palms" as well as the Completion Date?
