Default Flora Residency Pimple Saudagar GK builder

Hi,
GK builder has started booking of Flora residency, Pimple saudagar. They are quoting 3000 rate. The rates are too high . Has anyone bought there? at what rates?

3000 for a new project..... This is too high to start booking for a project.... GK is getting out his mind nowadays.... Infact GK is the first one who started increasing price after June......

I visited yesterday. They are still quoting 3000+. I am interested in Flora, any feedback if he agrees for 2900, is it a good deal? How is the project?

I am planning to book a flat in Flora. 865 sf saleable area is costing me around 30L. I need a quick feedback. Please advise!

Don't you think, it's expensive. Effective rate is coming to 3468 per sqft. Total pkg of 25-26 looks good. For review about builder GK, you can visit the threads of various projects. Ppl have mixed views about this builder. Also he doesn't keep the quality same in different phases of same projects.
Plz take your decision wisely and don't hurry.

no roads, no amenities. paying 3000 is just not going to happen. goto magarpatta instead where u can get it for 3200.

WTH admin allow my post.
Posting my view here second time. I think the effective rate is coming to 3468 which is quite higher with no basic infra Try to get the deal in 25-26L. Feedback of builder is quite different on this forum. I heared that it's quality differs even in phases of same project. Plz see the other threads to get feedback about builder. GK is always expensive than other builders.

I would suggest to buy in some ready / almost ready building instead of investing in under construction and waiting for for 1-2 years. You will relaxed / and can see the exact layout, construction quality, etc and total amount will come almost same even if you will have to pay 100-200 Rs extra for each sq ft.
Now a days, PS is a concrete jungle so not that difficult to find another property. Considering the builder's rating in all the ways, would suggest to for only GK if interested in PS area.

Sachin, Kirun, Thanks for the feedback. I have seen few projects of GK Builder and found them of having good quality. One of my friends has got possession in one of GK Projects and has given me a good response. I am not much interested in external aminities. So considering all these is should rate be only concern? I will try my level best to bring the rate further down. Has anyone booked a flat with GK in recent past?
