Is buying a resale property of over 20 yrs in Senapati bapat rd/ganeshkhind area at a rate of 6000rs a worthy thought? what kind of rentals can be fetched here. 1st floor property with no lift..but prime on to the new marriot area.
pls post views with pros/cons
