Last week Me and my friend visited the site , project is good but rates are quite high , and he offered me RS 2450 PSF but if we book the flats in group then we will do the more bargain here , 2200 to 2300.

If you are interested in group booking then count me and my friend too.

Pride builder has started the project and hopefully project will Launch in couple of day's , there are few other projects which will launch in feb 2010 , I know the one small project with 20 flats only which will launch in feb 2010.

It is in Dhanori, Vishrantwadi opposite to Malwani Resturent.

You can check the Golden City project , dhnaori .It is just behind the Goodwill orchid society.

Its a read to move and builder handover the possession in 20 to 25 days.

It's a 45+ flat project with Garden,waterbackup , water harvesting etc .

This kind of posts, only confirms your inability to sell your project so far and
exposes your desperation to sell the project.

Guys, whoever is willing to buy at such place, should negotiate to their maximun
limit, because now we know the builder is desperate to sell.

Sorry to create a dilemma .

In this thread few are interseted to buy the flat range b/w 22 to 25 L that why i have posted my view .

My budget is also in the same range and i have checked all the projects in dhanori area and at last i found this golden city project that fit in my pocket.
I am not here to advertising this project and i m interested in this city project that why have create the new thread about this project.

If anyone have any idea about this project then please let me know ASAP.
