GINI Constructions on Solapur Rd, Hadapser - Indian Real Estate Forum

Dear Friends,

I recently visited Sanskruti by GINI Constructions on Solapur Rd, Hadapsar.
Construction looks nice but i would like to know if any of you have experience with this builder. How is the construction quality and their reliability

What is the current going rate there for a hard negotiator? They gave us 2650/sft sounds little high. They are going to budge a little on the extra charges but not sft rate. What would be a good rate on this property.
Also is it a good area for investment as one of my friend is also planning to buy.

did you end up buying from them? what was the price they agreed on..if you have already moved in, can you please share your experience in the building/area etc?

anyone else has any inputs on sanskruti in hadapsar, it will be very useful.. thanks!

Flats seem spacious. When we were on the hunt mid last year, the total package for 2 bhk was around 33L (miminum sqft confi they have). I told them upfront that cant move beyond 30L and they said, it would be fine. But then, that figure was also out of reach and area was something, we were not pretty convinced with.

Have booked in another project of the same builder. We had visited this place to know about the builder and to know what has been delivered. There are many projects coming up in the same vicinity though.

EDIT: we were quoted 2750 at that time..seems builders are coming down for sure...
