need some inputs about gold leaf wakad. its opp. parkstreet in front of celina appts. the builder is kalcon infra. any info would be useful.

gold leaf has 4 bldgs of 5 flrs each. a and b bldg have 3 bhks and c and d bldg have 2 bhks. the builder is kalcon. amenities given are club house, gym and garden. i have seen the 2 bhk and liked it. its about 1100 sq ft. rooms are quite spacious and v bright. i have liked it a lot. each bldg has around 6-8 families living there right now. the bldr is quoting 3000 p sq ft as it is ready possesion flat and is not ready to negotiate further.

Dont even consider 3000 for Wakad.. bad idea...

It's Insane to buy Wakad 3k/spft. It lacks in infra. Think what would happen if it rains for 1 day and u have to drag your bike/car thru mud.
