Why would any one buy their:

1. You must have some one (relative, friends etc) who can atleast once a month visit the place (individually who will travel 90 km every week/month)
2. Its not exact konkan, nearest seashore is 50 kms away.
3. In the ghat even locals dont roam alone (at night just forget)
4. Appreciation will be in 15 yrs
5. Construction for collector NA (with green zone and tourist spot) is only 25% (i.e in 1000 sq. ft. plot construct only 250 sq. ft.)

Any other points (motivating to buy) please let me know also.

Today's rate for Gold valley is 350 in Sectar A and all are sold out. Sectar C started and rates are 325.
1 yr back i was thinking to buy out but due to some reason i dropped the plan. Today i m again thinking for same plot but now in Sectar C.

Any pointers ???

Default Beaware About Legal Papers.

Guys recently i had visited GOKA dapoli site, but the company is not ready to show legal papers about project. they are just diverting attention of us form it.i think something they are Hidding.
