Nothing in Pune. If you want to invest, go to Surat, Ahmedabad or Chandigarh.

The RE is very risky investment.

If still very hungry go for land.

The Gujarat cities with Baroda, Nagpur are best right now.

I believe somewhere near your native place also would be good.!!!
Incase your investment does not work the way you want... you can keep it for a long long time to come.

consider all factors - like tier1/tier2, job opportunities, accessibility if its a remote place, is there someone who can keep an eye if you are investing away from your place, is the place earth quake prone etc....
