Good investment- aundh or PS
Hi, I want to buy an apt in poona for investment purposes only...prefarably 2 or 3 bhk to give it out on rent. The budget is 30 - 60 lacs. I have been trying to buy since a long time but always thought the rates were too high.
What kind of property would give me a better ROI? Which area would be a better investment option..Aundh or Pimple saudagar? Also I have liked The Park at wakad but was alarmed to read a few negative reviews on this forum. Would like a few expert opinions as I do not stay in pune. Kindly suggest as i have found suggestions/opinions on this forums valuable. Thanks. |
