Good lawyer in PCMC area
Does anyone know a good lawyer who is specialized in property related issues?
I am planning to buy a property in Pimple Nilakh area. I would like to get my agreement verified before registration. The project is already sanctioned by various banks but still I would like to get all papers verified from a lawyer. (As per my assumptions, banks generally check legal issues of the project. Whether project title is clear or not, plan is approved or not etc. They do not go beyond that. There can be clauses in the agreement which can create problems in future for the home buyer. E.g. interest rate if the payment is delayed, completion date grace period etc.) |
