Recently i visited there site. There rate is 69 lac for 3 BHK which is too high and even now also they are desperately chasing customers. I have received 2-3 calls from them and they are openly hinting negotiations

But is the project moving at first place?? Most of their projects have no WIP seen clearly. Their projects like Amrutganga, Ganga skies are not moving even at snails pace.

Anyways, avoid Goel Ganga at all costs.

It's been 3 yrs since I have been hearing about this project and still they have not sold out, forget completing it. Those who have booked in the initial stages would be feeling duped. The cost is too high, but thats maybe because projects like watersedge and gliterati in the neighbourhood have jacked the rates 4000+, poor goel ganga has no choice else their project will look like budget housing

Hi,
Happened to visit Goel ganga greater panama project last week. Price quoted quite high 4500. Any feedback from the fellow members? Is it really worth it. Everyone around that area seems to be encashing on the baner wakad link road. not sure when that would see the light of the day?

My friend, who is also looking for a flat had gone to Panshet this week. On his way, he saw Ganga Bhagyoday on Sinhagad rd. Man, it is still yet to be complete & cracks are already seen from outside, especially in the duct which is visible from road. The builder has put some cement on it & will soon will put up paint to hide it.

Several Goel Ganga projects which are under-constro have think railing bars, poor flooring. Their projects are so junk that even the sample flats are not properly done
