Home Loan offers in Mega Property Exhibition
hi all. Any inputs on home loan offers in Exhibition. Kotak is offering at 7.99% ( there BPLR is 14.5, offering Spread of 6.51) and Deutsche Bank( a new enterant in Home loan) is offering at 7.75%(there BPLR is 12.25, offering spread of 4.5). Compared to HDFC( 8.25% fix 2 yr, later spread margin on BPLR) and similar deal of IDBI/SBI, this looks lucrative.
Can you give me any suggestion or advice, though I know Private/Foreign banks are not so reliable. Inputs welcomes on Kotak, Deutsche. |
