How is Oxygen Valley at Manjari - Indian Real Estate Forum

Hi.

I would be checking below projects near hadapar, Pune-solapur highway:
1. Kalpataru Serenity.
2. Tranquility by B.K Jhala,
3. Oxygen-Valley.

Has anybody checked them or booked?
Pls share rates, features, pro/cons.

1. Kalpataru Serenity by Kalpataru builders:
I think the project is shelved.

2. Tranquility by B.K Jhala:
Last week got call from builder office. He quoted, 34L negotiable all incl. with CP for a 1400sf 3BHK flat in Phase-I
in ready-possession. Also mentioned that 1 last flat is available.

Phase-II has booking open for 1500sf 3BHK at 33L negotiable all incl.

3. Oxygen-Valley:
Don't know about it.

These people keep calling me up frequently to visit site. But we have so far been putting it off since the area is not under PMC. But the prices are very attractive for a 3bhk. So I would anyway visit this site. But not sure if it would be this weekend or next weekend.

Funny thing, sales guy said that Tranquility project is for hi-fi people as if it's in London.

Yesterday, I saw "Oxygen-Valley" ad at Magarpatta chowk, next to Domino Pizza.
Any ideas about Rate, quality etc?

I also saw this ad when I went to visit Sukhwani Emerald. But I have not visited this site. I think its near Tranquility, not sure though. I have put off projects in Hadapsar for now. I'll see them after I see the projects at Sus-Pashan, probably during the leave on Oct 13th. I hope the site offices will be open during this day.

The Ad clams it to be budget flats.
It is under construction as possession date is Jan-2010.
Are you an investor? What is the psf rate?

I am interested in purchasing a flat in that area.... How much is the builder quoting & what price do you want for the flat ?

Is it a 2 BHk or a 3 BHK ...

I know some person who are farmers in this region holding over acres of adjoining farming land. In casual conversation one day I asked about the need of a gun haging on the wall expecting they use it to kill wild boars etc who destroy crop. They said its deterrent for dacoits and few incidents of dacoity are not that uncommon in the village and surrounding.
