I am planning to book a flat in suyog Saffron rahatni. any feedback on d project. |

Don't know about this project but the Rahatni in totality is hopeless area. Better look at proper PS.

Didnt you see a dirty haphazardly constructed market area around the project. It also has slums of thergaon probably behind it. Most of that market area is very difficult to change for many years to come. hy ould you like to live in such a pathetic location even if the builder is asking for 500 psqft less.

Please avoid this project for following reasons :-
1. Very average quality of construction (no value for money) 2. Ask builder for parking layout. No prking layout available and builder is selling parking with every flat. 3. Even open space is sold as open parking. 4. No common space available in project. Even top terrace is sold along with flats to top flat owners. 5. Few flats/section of one building is sold to original land lord. 6. Few flats are sold to labour contractors of builder. So imagine kind of society and ppls living there. 7. & there are meny more..... Lastly its your own decision, Happy Home Hunt. |

Rahatni is old village that is why you will find old construction, so I will rate Suyog Saffron 2/5 in a term of location( average locality). My biggest concern is quality of construction it seems very very OK. Only advantage of Suyog Saffron is connected to main road.
