can you pls provide any updates progress at Countrywoods.

I have heard that possession dates are FURTHER postponed to Sept 2011 for the buildings A,B, C, & D .

^ yes they are postponed till sept 2011..

payment has been made only for 6 slabs till now.. all 7 slabs have been cast and internal plastering and lifts installation is going on..

Acruity (an ISO 9001 company) says 'No Entry' to its customers at Construction site.

reason told : some major accident with customers last week.

something is cooking inside !

ackruti has changed stance now and one can see the prgress at site on saturdays and sundays.

I am hemant i have purchased flat in I Wing 2 nd Floor in may 10. Builder is saying I will get possession by mar 2012 is it true?

First meet with Ackruti sales team held in May month to discuss various issues and progress of the constuction activities was suceesful. Next meet is planned last sunday of each month hence onward.

Hi Friends,

I just visited the Ackruty Countrywoods site on Sunday. It seems just not going to complete this year. They have long way to go to complete it. No sign of land devlopment.
Very disappointing progress.
Its shameful to tell you I was one of the first 10 bookings. Banking on the Ackruti' s image and affordable rates.
But now i feel how bad my decision was. I would have opted for ready possession flat after a year or two.
Please share any updates you have about construction.
